Jack V. Halpern:
Jack V. Halpern practices
in the areas of estate and tax planning and corporate transactions
for individuals and owner-managed businesses. He has contributed
articles to various publications, is a frequent speaker at
conferences and is a seminar instructor in the business law
and estate planning sections of the Ontario Bar Admission
course. Jack holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill
University, a Master of Business Administration degree from
Cornell University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode
Hall Law School at York University.
Jordana Enig Stockhamer:
Jordana Enig Stockhamer is
a member of the Bars of Ontario (1994), Washington, DC (1986)
and Maryland (1985). She commenced her legal practice in 1985
with a Washington, DC law firm specializing in complex commercial
and real estate transactions. She subsequently relocated to
Toronto and commenced her Ontario practice in 1994 focusing
on commercial transactions, corporate, business, real estate
acquisitions and sale, financing, joint venture investments
and estate matters. Jordana holds a Bachelor of Science in
Mathematics degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of
Maryland and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University
of Michigan Law School.
